You will love these Lasagna Bolognese. Forty minutes will be enough to cook this family dish for 6 people.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of butter to grease the mold
• 3 cups of bechamel sauce
• 3 cups of Bolognese beef and pork sauce
• 8 sheets of ready-to-bake pasta for lasagna (Barilla for example)
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

Preparation to cook these Lasagna Bolognese

  1. Firstly, preheat oven to 350˚F 
  2. Then, brush the bottom and sides of the baking dish with butter using a brus
  3. Cover the bottom of the pan with some béchamel
  4. Start by placing down a layer of pasta
  5. Add a layer of meat sauce with another layer of bechamel in your bakeware
  6. Cover with another layer of pasta
  7. Repeat the order with the meat and béchamel
  8. You can repeat until you top it with another layer of pasta
  9. Coat it with some béchamel
  10. Place the mozzarella and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese
  11. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned
  12. Take the lasagna dish out of the oven
  13. Finally, let cool down for 10-15 minutes before serving
